Increase in oil prices scheduled for May 28



Oil prices are set to increase on the last Tuesday of May, as announced by various oil firms in the country. Diesel prices will go up by P0.40 per liter, kerosene prices will increase by P0.30 per liter, and gasoline prices will also rise by P0.40 per liter.

This follows a series of mixed adjustments in oil prices last week. Diesel prices went up by P0.25 per liter, kerosene prices increased by P0.30 per liter, and gasoline prices had a rollback of P0.10 per liter.

The price adjustments by SeaOil, PetroGazz, Caltex, and Shell will take effect at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, while CleanFuel’s adjustments will be implemented at 4:01 p.m. on the same day. Other oil firms have yet to announce their price adjustments.
