Duties And Responsibilities
– Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders
– Staying attentive to the needs of guests
– Providing customers with menus
– Serving food and beverages to clients/guests
– Arranging table settings
– Keeping tables clean and tidy at all times
– Listening to any complaints that clients/guests have and addressing them appropriately
– Ensuring cleanliness at all times
– Taking initiative action to clean and keep all areas tidy
– Other duties assigned by management
Qualifications
– Hotel Management Graduate or related course
– Experience working in luxurious Hotel and Restaurant
– Previous experience working in an Airline Company (flight attendant) is a plus
– At least 1-2 years of related working experience
– Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed customer expectations
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Good attitude toward teamwork
– Strong work ethic, with a willingness to take initiative
– Confident, outgoing demeanor
– Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
– Good English Communication Skills
– Willingness to be assigned in Paranaque
