A Filipino court has officially recognized the divorce between actress Carla Abellana and her ex-husband Tom Rodriguez. The news was confirmed by Carla during her guest appearance on “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda.”
Carla and Tom tied the knot in October 2021 but separated less than a year later. Tom, who is an American citizen, announced in June 2022 that their divorce decree was final.
During her interview, Carla stated that she has forgiven Tom but has not forgotten the events that led to their separation. She emphasized that her anger towards him has completely dissipated.
The actress mentioned that she and Tom no longer have any form of communication. At a press conference for her upcoming show “Widows’ War,” Carla expressed that she is prepared to face Tom if their paths cross at GMA.
