Filipinos Encouraged to Take Advantage of Government’s Free Medical Services for All in LAB



House of Representatives Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez and other lawmakers are urging the public to participate in the LAB for All program when the caravan comes to their area. The program offers free medical consultations and laboratory tests.

Romualdez emphasized the importance of the project, stating that many people, especially in rural areas, require accessible and free medical services. The LAB stands for Libreng Laboratoryo, Konsulta at Gamot Para sa Lahat, and is spearheaded by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos.

The goal of the project is to provide free consultations, X-rays, laboratory tests, and medicines to communities in need. Romualdez highlighted the impact of the project on Filipinos’ health, especially those in remote areas with limited access to medical services.

The initiative aims to improve the health and productivity of Filipinos by offering free consultations, medicines, and laboratory tests through the Lab for All caravan. Romualdez expressed gratitude to First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos and the entire team for their dedication and efforts in providing free and accessible medical services.

Furthermore, the project also aims to raise awareness among Filipinos about the importance of maintaining good health. Representative Yedda Marie Romualdez emphasized the development of a health-conscious culture among Filipinos through the Lab for All program.

After the caravan, Speaker Romualdez, Araneta Marcos, and Rep. Romualdez distributed P4.2 million in financial aid to disadvantaged/displaced workers. The Speaker accompanied President Marcos during the aid package distribution, which included a cash grant for residents affected by the El Nino phenomenon.

The Romualdez couple, along with Tingog party-list Rep. Jude Acidre and Tacloban Mayor Alfred Romualdez, were present during the program. Overall, the Lab for All program aims to provide essential medical services and promote health awareness among Filipinos.
