President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Friday issued Executive Order No. 7 allowing the voluntary wearing of face masks in indoor and outdoor settings.
The new EO also reiterates the continued implementation of minimum public health standards including the practice of good hygiene, frequent handwashing, physical distancing, and maintenance of good ventilation indoors to effectively prevent and minimize the spread of COVID-19.
