‘Time and acceptance are involved’

Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu shares her insights on maintaining a friendship with an ex-partner during a media roundtable for their hit series “Linlang” at the Dolphy Theater on Jan. 15. “All wounds do not heal immediately. So you can’t forgive all cheating immediately. So, it involves time and acceptance,” said Kim. She further emphasized the importance of considering the welfare of a child when dealing with an ex-partner. Kim also addressed questions about falling in love again after her recent breakup with longtime partner Xian Lim.

The hit series “Linlang” will make its teleserye debut after its success on Prime Video last October. Director FM Reyes revealed that the teleserye version will show 60 percent more of the original story. “When we presented the original script to Prime, we were asked for an hour per episode with a total of fourteen episodes. So, you can imagine roughly sixty percent of the original story has not been watched,” he said.

“Linlang: The Teleserye Version” is set to premiere on Jan. 22 at 8:45 PM on various platforms including Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, TV5, iWantTFC, and Kapamilya Online Live on ABS-CBN Entertainment’s YouTube channel and Facebook page. The show is also available to viewers worldwide on iWantTFC and The Filipino Channel (TFC) on cable and IPTV.
