The People’s Enacted Budget—the straightforward and less technical version of the FY 2023 General Appropriations Act (GAA)—is out now.
Amounting to Php 5.268 trillion, the first full-year budget of the Marcos Jr. Administration is aligned with the Medium-Term Fiscal Framework which aims to achieve upper middle-income status and single-digit poverty levels for the country by 2028.
