Out of 98 Local Government Units assessed, 90 or 5 provinces, 8 cities, and 77 municipalities, passed the following criteria of the GFH for CY 2022, to wit:
• Most recent available COA Audit Opinion – must be Unqualified or Qualified for CYs 2020 or 2021, as of November 4, 2022; and
• Compliance with Full Disclosure Policy – posting of all required financial documents in three (3) conspicuous places and in the FDP Portal for the 2nd to 4th quarter of CY 2021 and 1st quarter of CY 2022.
