Now that we are observing Rabies Awareness Month, the Department of Health continues to ensure that we intensify vaccination campaigns to the public with pets.
In collaboration with the Bureau of Animal Industry, we also continue to build animal bite treatment centers to respond to animal bite victims and make sure they are given immediate treatment.
We also invite individuals who have pets to be responsible and vaccinate them to ensure the safety of the Filipino family.
