Requirements and Qualifications
At least 18 years old
At least high school graduate/10-year basic education completer or ALS Passer
High School Card/College OTR/Diploma (photocopy)
Barangay Clearance
Medical Certificate
PSA/NSO Birth Certificate (photocopy)
3 pcs. 1×1 ID picture
1 Long brown envelop

Schedule of Training: Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
