Sen. Imee Marcos distributed Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) and nutribuns in Misamis Oriental to the victims of typhoon Paeng on Sunday, Nov. 13, as part of her birthday celebration.
She rendered ceremonial distribution of P3,000 each to 2,000 beneficiaries in Cagayan De Oro City and the municipality of Tagoloan amounting to a total of P6M from the DSWD thru her initiatives.
She also gave nutribuns, hot champorado and toys for 200 children in CDO and Tagoloan.
Meanwhile, the Philippine Jin Jian Association Misamis Oriental Chapter donated P200,000 for nutribun feeding program of Sen. Marcos.
Sen. Marcos received plaque of appreciation for her exemplary programs for the children and poor families and she gave thanks to the association of Filipino-Chinese businessmen in Misamis Oriental.
