The SEC Zamboanga Extension Office joined the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Region IX, ZamPen Public Employment Service Offices (PESOs) and Job Placement Offices (JPOs) in their 3rd Quarter Regional DOLE-PESO Federation meeting on September 22, 2022 at the LM Hotel, Zamboanga City.
SEC ZEO Securities Specialist Susan A. Alcantara and Information Officer Maria Ria Vic Capin provided participants with technical assistance on SEC reportorial requirements, such as how to submit reports via the Electronic Filing and Submission Tool (eFAST), reports in compliance with SEC Memorandum Circular No. 28, Series of 2020, and other compliance items for non-stock corporations.
