The SEC Baguio Extension Office on November 16 launched the Regional Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee Task Force (RLECC) against investment scams, as part of efforts toward a scam-free Cordillera.
The RLECC Task Force will be chaired by SEC Baguio Director Regina May Cajucom-De Guzman. Members of the task force include the Police Regional Office – Cordillera, Regional Anti-Cybercrime Unit – CAR, National Bureau of Investigation – CAR, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group – CAR, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas – Northern Luzon, National Telecommunications Commission – CAR, Department of Trade and Industry – CAR, Department of Information and Communication Technology – CAR, Department of Justice, and Philippine Information Agency – CAR.
