This 2-day course aims to introduce the basic concepts and principles of program/course designing in the context of key Learning and Development (L&D) models and frameworks. This takes into consideration the importance of the principles and conditions for learning in Adult Education. Specifically, this course is geared towards developing/enhancing the participants’ technical competencies in instructional design. Course sessions will use a mix of learning methodologies that will enable participants to interact during group work activities to produce the expected outputs per session.

Nowadays, EI is a more in-demand requirement among leaders as it is a crucial trait that encompasses wide-ranging leadership functions that goes beyond technical skills.
