The Philippine National Police commends National Capital Region Police Office especially the Northern Police District under the leadership of Acting District Director, PCol Ponce Rogelio Peñones on the successful anti-illegal drugs operations on Wednesday morning in Caloocan City which resulted in the arrest of two drug suspects and confiscation of more or less 100 kilos marijuana with a street value amounting to Twelve Million Pesos (PHP12,000,000.00).
