The second tranche of RTWPB-I’s Wage Order No. RB1-21 will take effect on 01 December 2022, providing wage increases ranging from P30 to P47 in the following sectors/industries:
For Non-agriculture employing 10 or more employees:
– P30 wage increase for non-agriculture establishments employing 30 or more employees, bringing the new minimum wage rate to P400.00 per day.
– P30 wage increase for non-agriculture establishments employing 10-29 employees, bringing the new minimum wage rate to P370.00 per day. Another P30 wage increase will take effect on 01 March 2023.
P30 wage increase for non-agriculture establishments employing less than 10 employees as well as agriculture non-plantation, bringing the new minimum wage rate to P342.00 per day. Another P30 wage increase will take effect on 01 March 2023.
P47 for agriculture plantation, bringing the new minimum wage rate to P372.00 per day.
This wage order took effect on 06 June 2022.
