Police authorities arrested a top 3 regional level most wanted person in a police operation in Damulog, Bukidnon.
42-year-old suspect identified as Bobby Anggaan was arrested on Saturday, September 10 in a joint operation launched by operatives of Regional Special Operations Unit 10-RSOU10, RID 10, PIU Bukinon, 1003rd MC, RMFB 10, Damulog MPS and 2nd PMFC, Bukidnon PPO.
Anggaan is the subject of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Rape.
