Aimed toward sustainable peace and development and addressing the needs of the people, the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) community in Munai, Lanao del Norte, received services and assistance from the government’s Serbisyo Caravan and Especial-Mass Based Program (EMBP) on September 13, 2022, in 127th Base Command, Bacayawan, Munai, Lanao del Norte.
“The Serbisyo Caravan has been one of the highlight activities in the implementation of the EO 70which provides basic services to the communities that have been neglected and forgotten. Through the Caravan, we are able to show these communities the presence of the government expresses our intentions, and impart our message of unity and compassion,” said DILG Lanao del Norte Provincial Director Bruce Augusto Colao.
The activity aimed to preserve peace and order, strengthen the relationships with the MILF communities, and bring the government closer to the people, especially those that are located in far-flung areas.
The Serbisyo Caravan and EMBP will also be conducted in the Municipality of Tagoloan, Lanao del Norte, on September 22, 2022.
