DILG 10 Regional Director Arnel M. Agabe welcomed the CY 2022 Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards (LTIA) National Validators at Prawnhouse, Opol, Misamis Oriental on August 22, 2022.
RD Agabe expressed his gratitude towards the National Validators in taking their time to assess and recognizing the efforts of the three (3) barangays in Region 10 as finalists of the LTIA National Awards of 2022. Furthermore, during the courtesy call, the LTIA National Validators were briefed on their itinerary and a short introduction of the barangays they will be validating.
The three (3) barangay national finalists which the National Validators will be visiting are:
• Barangay 18-A, Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental;
• Barangay Tacub, Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte; and
• Barangay Darumawang Ilaya, Lala, Lanao del Norte.
The three barangays will be assessed on their efficiency in operations, effectiveness in securing the settlement of interpersonal dispute objective of the KP Program, Area or facility for KP activities, financial or non-financial support, and creativity and resourcefulness of the Lupong Tagapamayapa.
