Job Description: The Communications Officer/Graphic Artist is mainly responsible for creating visual concepts for print, online, and multimedia materials to support the USAID Opportunity 2.0 Program in collaboration with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). The Graphic Artist will work under the supervision of the Communications Manager.
Essential Functions: The Communications Officer/Graphic Artist will be responsible for creating visual materials for program promotion, developing branding materials, designing reports and publications, and supporting social media campaigns.
