The Department of Science and Technology-Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) on Monday called on interested Grade 12 students who wish to pursue careers in science and technology to apply for the 2023 Undergraduate Scholarship Program.
Regional Director Armando Ganal of the DOST-1 (Ilocos Region) said the application period has begun and will end on Dec. 2 this year. The date of the in-person pen and paper qualifying examination is on March 11 and 12, 2023 at various test centers.
“The application is open to all students in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) track program and those non-STEM students who belong to the top 5 percent of their graduating class,” Ganal said.
It was turned over on May 20, 2022, by the DOST-MIRDC to the Philippine Navy, an attached agency of the DND.
