Commencing a Year of Learning and Development: Pmgen Noble Spearheads Ceremonial Opening of Classes

Silang, Cavite — As a brand-new year unfolds in the prominent educational institution of the country, the Philippine National Police Academy, PMGEN Eric E Noble, Director, officially commences the opening of classes for the 2nd Academic Term, Academic Year 2022-2023 with PCOL Arnold P Ardiente, Dean of Academics at the renowned Campos Grandstand on January 10, 2023.

Aside from their excellence in the field of tactics, parades, drills, and ceremonies, the cadets of PNPA also exhibits competence in the academe, further crafting their intellectual prowess that will be valuable for them as they become future officers in the police service. They will be learning new lessons and teachings from topnotch professors and officers who are renowned in their field of expertise. More importantly, they will be molded to become well-rounded individuals capable of establishing innovative ideas, management, and solutions to existing problems in the safety and security of the community.

The ceremony was also highlighted by giving Certificate of Academic Excellence Award for the top-performing cadets of each class. It was capped-off by the pinning of the prestigious Dean’s Lister Badge, further solidifying the cadet’s well-roundedness in balancing their activities as part of their regimented way of living inside the corps.

PMGEN Noble accentuated to test the existing Status Quo in the academy and the usage of the Bloom’s Taxonomy in reaching the 6th stage or the creation of products and the enhancement of the teaching proficiency towards a cadet-centered institution. He also directed every personnel to help and encourage the cadets to learn and lead as early as now for it will be a crucial part of their growth.

“We are all in this together, and by moving forward together, we will be successful” stated by PMGEN Noble during his remarkable speech in front of the corps of cadets.
