Fans of Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards, known as KathDen, will be thrilled to hear that the long-awaited sequel to their 2019 hit movie “Hello, Love, Goodbye” is finally in the works. The sequel, titled “Hello, Love, Again,” is set to be released on November 13 in the Philippines.

Rumors and requests for a sequel have been circulating since the original movie’s release, and a recent Deadline report has confirmed the news. The film will be directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana and will be shot in Canada, marking the first collaboration between GMA Pictures and ABS-CBN’s Star Cinema.

Garcia-Sampana expressed her excitement for the project, stating, “’Hello Love Again’ is born out of that same passion, and this time, focusing on the lives of the Filipinos in Canada. This also marks the beginning of our beautiful collaboration with GMA Pictures, who share the same passion with us in telling stories for the Filipino audience worldwide.”

In the first movie, Ethan (played by Alden) and Joy (played by Kathryn) met in Hong Kong and their story ended on a hopeful note as Joy left for Canada. The original film held the record for the highest-grossing Filipino movie of all time before being surpassed by another Star Cinema movie.

Fans of the KathDen love team can look forward to seeing their favorite stars reunite on screen in this eagerly anticipated sequel.
