To align its strategies, policy thrusts, and program priorities with the new direction being taken by the new administration, CAAP is holding a Strategic Planning Workshop from 6-7 December 2022 at Sequoia Hotel in Parañaque City.
The event will enhance the CAAP Top Management, Service Chiefs, Area Center Managers, and Heads of Offices attached to the Office of the Director General’s (ODG) participation in the exercises which aims to assess the Authority’s strategic contexts and operational environment as well as identify strategic issues and formulate action plans in line with the initiatives of the new administration.
In his opening remarks, Deputy Director General for Operations, Captain Edgardo Diaz reiterated the importance of the activity as it will promote collaborative and participative planning to identify CAAP’s short and long term plans, saying the activity “will enhance our critical thinking, create synergies, and innovate our systems and processes in the hope that we can make things better and provide better services to the people.”
Through the activity, CAAP aims to take further steps towards the continued fulfillment of its mission to ensure a safe, secure, and green Philippine sky.
